Effective 10/03/07 changes to the Traffic Criminal files and reports will be implemented.

Pursuant to the revisions contained in Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC07-49, electronic access to Broward County court records will be modified. This revised administrative order supersedes the Interim Policy on Electronic Release of Court Records contained in AOSC06-21.

In compliance with AOSC07-49, the content of some report download files has changed. These changes may impact the intended use of the report file due to the removal of some content. It is therefore recommended that, before you download any report, you download the corresponding file layout to see if any changes were made.

As a result of this Administrative Order, Felony, Misdemeanor and Traffic Criminal electronic download files and reports have been modified and no longer contain the defendant's address, driver's license number or vehicle tag number.

Only hard copy reports will include the case information removed from the electronic files and reports.

• Hard copies of daily Felony file reports are available for purchase at the Felony counter at the Central courthouse.
• Hard copies of daily Misdemeanor and Traffic Criminal file reports are available for purchase at the Traffic and Misdemeanor counter at all courthouse locations.

Hard copy reports are available for purchase @ $1 per page.
