Important Changes to the Online Case Management System


Effective Monday, February 1, 2010 the new County Civil Case Management System will be implemented
and will affect the way case searches are performed on the website.
The Broward Clerk of Courts Office is implementing a new Case Management System that will affect the way you search for cases on the website. This will be accomplished in several stages. This means our case information searches will be divided between two separate systems. This will be a seamless transition in terms of case information, but it will not appear to be seamless to those searching our website. The Broward County Clerk of Courts Office will be introducing a new web page (see below) that will direct the searches to the appropriate system based on the case type selected.

There will also be new changes introduced to the County Civil Daily Report File Layout. Upcoming changes are currently available for viewing by downloading the appropriate Report Layout.
