Passport pictures are now available at the One Stop Division Satellite Locations

The Public Access Marriage License Application is now available for use. You may use this application to complete an Online Pre-Application, get information on how to apply for a marriage license, search for the status of your marriage license, locate a premarital course provider and obtain answers to commonly asked questions.

Effective October 1, 2008 the Child Support Depository was assumed by the Broward Clerk of the Court. Please note that all child support or alimony payments to the Support Depository must be payable to the Clerk of the Court effective October 1, 2008. Payments may continue to be mailed to PO Box 14248, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33302 or paid in person at 540 SE 3rd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

This website is not intended for and should not be used to perform Background checks. Official statewide background checks are available from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Local background checks are available from the Broward Sheriff's Office for BSO's jurisdictions located within Broward County and other local background checks are available from the appropriate municipality or county.

Probate eFiling is currently available to all attorneys and filers.

Pursuant to the revisions contained in Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC07-49, electronic access to Broward County court records will be modified. This revised administrative order supersedes the Interim Policy on Electronic Release of Court Records contained in AOSC06-21. As a result, Felony, Misdemeanor and Traffic Criminal electronic download files and reports have been modified and no longer contain the defendant's address, driver's license number or vehicle tag number.

ALL checks received by the Clerk will be processed through TeleCheck Services.
