Electronic Document Filing

Howard C. Forman, Clerk of Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit is pleased to announce the expansion of the Electronic Filing (eFiling) Project.  The opportunity to electronically file documents in the Probate Division is available to all attorneys and filers.

Hard copy follow-up filings are no longer required effective May 6, 2009 per AOSC09-18.

Effective August 1, 2009, Case Initiation filing in the Probate Division is now available to eFilers. New case filing document types are listed on your Service Provider's website.
